Political Economy of Cooperation in Facing the Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

This article describes on Political economic based on State Approach in anticipate of Covid 19. This approach was introduced by Caporaso. It underlines the cooperation of the state as a main actor and supported by many other actors such as entrepreneurs and civil society. By using descriptive qualitative analysis and literatures, this article then explained two things, i.e., firstly, form of participation of businessmen in cooperation with the state as an implementation of UU 23/2014 and PP 28/2018; and secondly, how is policy of the state response to  covid 19 by asking for a binding regulation that obeyed by all parties.
