Abstract

This study the aim of this study is to determine and prove the individual ability and motivation factors simultaneously partial and the existence of dominance affecting the performance of Junior High School Teachers in East Barito Regency. Testing with multiple regression test, partial correlation coefficient test, t test and F test. From the results of the tests that the author did, it can be concluded from the multiple regression results that all coefficient values are positive. This shows that every increase in variable X will be followed by an increase in variable Y. In correlation testing, it is proven that there is a strong unidirectional correlation where changes in the increase that occur in the independent variables are individual ability (X1) and motivation (X2), followed by an increase in the dependent variable, namely the teacher performance of SMPN1 (Y) in East Barito Regency. From the research results, it was also found that the motivation variable (X2) was the dominant variable affecting the performance of teachers at SMPN (Y) in East Barito Regency, because it had the highest partial correlation coefficient compared to other independent variables, namely the individual ability factor (X1). It is said that the motivation variable (X2). In testing with the t test and the F test obtained either partially or simultaneously the Individual Ability (X1) and Motivation (X2) variables partially and simultaneously had an effect on the dependent variable, namely the teacher performance of SMPN (Y) in East Barito Regency
