Balanced Scorecard and Public Organization are two inseparable things in the current era of globalization. The balanced scorecard is not only known as a multidimensional performance measurement tool that combines financial and non-financial aspects in business organizations but is also known as an integrated strategic management system. The application and role of the balanced scorecard in public organizations and the ability of the balanced scorecard to combine 2 (two) financial and non- financial aspects provides anopportunity for further application in non-profit organizations, one of which is a public organization within the scope of government. Public organizations are organizations that provide services to the public with the aim not to seek profit. To be used by public organizations, the balanced scorecard must be modified.
