Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the service of the social securityorganizing body (BPJS) of health care to out patients in the general hospital in the area of the main span of Gunung Mas. And the inhibiting factors in the service of the social security organizing body (BPJS) of health care for outpatients in the general public hospital in the area of Gunung Mas Regency.This study aims: 1) To find out the real situation and get an overview of the various problems that arise in the service of the social security organizing agency (BPJS) for outpatients in the public hospitals in the main area of Gunung Mas District; 2) To know the inhibiting factors in the service of the social security provider body (BPJS) of health to outpatients in the general hospital of the Kuala Kurun area within the Regency. The approach used is qualitative and descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used two activity processes, namely interviews and documentation. While the analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) BPJS Health services for outpatients in Kuala Kurun General Hospital in Gunung Mas District were good because the service procedures, service times,costs, service products, service facilities, health support facilities and competence of service providers were in accordance with SOP standarts and competencies; 2) Inhibiting factors are the unavailability of online complaint facilities, lack of infrastructure such as waiting chairs, waiting rooms for patiens with special needs and waiting rooms for mothers and breastfeeding.
