The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of librarians and the constraints of librarians in serving library users in the Central Kalimantan Province Archives and Library Service. This research is a mixed research that combines qualitative research and quantitative research using interviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique used accidental sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the librarian's behavior in service is in accordance with the librarian code of ethics. 85, 29% of respondents (users) agreed and strongly agreed with the statements submitted. 0.82% strongly disagree, 1.99% disagree, and 11.89% do not give a statement. There are librarians' obstacles in providing library services at the Central Kalimantan Provincial Library and Archives Service according to librarian ethics, namely that there are still users who do not comply with regulations and lack of communication between users and librarians.
