Abstract

The method used is descriptive qualitative, the research location is at the Palangka Raya City National and Political Unity Agency (Kesbangpol) office. From the results of interviews at the office, employee work discipline is still not implemented optimally. looking at the recap of the attendance of the Employee Management System (Simpeg) application where employees are often late, if employees do not fill out the application on time they will be subject to a salary cut of 0.15% every day if they are not present, there are factors that influence employee work discipline, namely: lack of appreciation and recognition for employee performance that is done well, which makes employee motivation decrease, leaders who lack discipline do not set a good example so that the work environment is less comfortable, which can make employees work. undisciplined. The suggestions for the Palangka Raya City National Unity and Politics Agency (Kesbangpol) office are: It is hoped that the head of the Palangka Raya City Kesbangpol Agency can give rewards or awards to state civil servants so as to encourage state civil servants to work more enthusiastically so that work discipline can be obeyed. It is hoped that state civil servants can work in accordance with established operational procedural standards. It is hoped that the National Unity and Politics Agency (Kesbangpol) of Palangka Raya City can use appropriate presence applications so that it can realize employee discipline
